How much capital can I get?
₦500K to ₦5M, based on your business stage and capital needs. The investment is tailored to what will actually unlock growth without over-leveraging your business.
What does co-ownership mean?
We invest capital and become co-owner during the 3-year partnership term. Ownership % reflects our capital, your equity stake, and the operational value we bring. You maintain day-to-day control.
How does profit sharing work?
Return structures are negotiated privately with each partner based on their specific business stage and needs. All terms are transparent and documented clearly. What we discuss in your investment memo is exactly what you get.
What if the business isn't profitable?
We share that risk. If profit targets aren't met, we adjust the plan, not the terms. We're motivated to help you succeed because our returns depend on your business performing well.
What happens after 3 years?
